ALLGEMEINEN GESCHÄFTSBEDINGUNGEN - Costa Rica Surfcamp
1. Conditions of participations
You state that medically there are no objections to your carrying out surfing. Everyone may participate under following requirements: able to swim, sportive and physical healthy.
2. Conclusion of a travel contract
The registration by the participant is obligatory. It will be carried out also for all in the registration specified participants. The registering person accounts for their duties as well as for his own. The contract comes off with the confirmation.
3. Changes of the achievements
We expressively reserve the right to make changes in the achievements specification in case of essentially entitled, substantial and not foreseeable reasons.
4. Resignation by the customer
The customer may withdraw at any time before start of the journey. Once the customer does participate on the course and leaves before the finish of the booked journey – zopilote surfcamp will charge for the complete duration of the booked time.
5. Liability
We are responsible for a conscientious preparation and execution of our camp program.
All participants are responsible for themselves and their insurance. Zopilote surfcamp is not liable for any damage and injuries. We recommend a private insurance (health- travelinsurance,…) during your journey. Every participant has to pay for damages done to our surfcamp belongings. We have the right to throw out any misbehaving participant.
6.Jurisdiction
It is agreed Bregenz, Austria as mutually place of jurisdiction
